From the South:
- Take M7 to Curragh exit (No. 12)
- Go past Curragh racecourse and turn right over railway bridge, signposted Rathangan.
- Go to T junction at the end of this road and turn right.
- Do not take immediate left for Rathangan, keep going straight on towards Milltown.
- Just before Milltown village turn left at Wheelam Cross (if you pass the Hanged Man's you've gone slightly too far).
- Continue up that road for around 3 miles, Church Meadows sign on gate on your right (if you pass old church on your right you have gone slightly too far).
From the Newbridge Greyhound Stadium:
- Clinic is exactly 5 miles from Newbridge Greyhound Stadium.
- Come out of track and turn left.
- Drive into Milltown village and turn left, after the pub and shops on your right.
- Pass the school and the Hanged Man's pub on the right.
- Then take the right turn at Wheelam Cross.
- Go up that road approximately 3 miles and you will see the Church Meadows sign on the gate on your right (if you pass old church on your right you have gone slightly too far).

From Dublin or North:
- Take the M7 south
- Exit at junction 10, Naas
- Turn right at exit roundabout in direction of Newbridge
- Take first right after approx. 400yds
- After 1/2 mile, turn left at Floods crossroads in the direction of Rathangan
- Stay on this road all the way to the staggered crossroads Allen Cross, where you go right then left to go straight on in the direction of Rathangan
- Pass Roadstone quarry on your left, continue 2 miles to T junction. Turn right, entrance to Church Meadows is 400yds on your right
From M9 Kilkenny, Waterford etc:
- Exit N9 after it merges with N7 at junction 10, Naas/Newbridge
- Take first exit off roundabout in the direction of Newbridge
- Take first right after approx. 400yds
- After 1/2m, turn left at Floods cross roads in the direction of Rathangan
- Stay on this road all the way to the staggered crossroads Allen Cross, where you go right then left to go straight on in the direction of Rathangan
- Pass Roadstone quarry on your left, continue 2 miles to T junction. Turn right, entrance to Church Meadows is 400yds on your right
